I like this game, but there are a few problems. The difficulty rises way too quickly, going from simple and manageable to time consuming and tedious within a few levels (I'm level 12). Also the board is rather small for the amount of things they throw at you. And you have to wait to unlock more board, so you're just stuck. For a long while. The rarer items (like apples or ice water) appear far too little, artificially increasing the difficulty of progressing.

I like the game but an having problems with the ads. When I click on am a ad the game resets and I do not get my game rewards. Also, sometimes just trying to close an ad takes me out of the game and, again, no reward. This sometimes happens several times in a row and has been going on for weeks. Your help section said to take a screenshot it screen record and send it to you. Just how is that supposed to work? Plus you really should have your contact information easily available as I could not

Game crashes constantly since the last 3 updates. Whether when watching ads or as simple as going through the storyline dialogs. The issue during dialogs has been worse since the last update to the point you have to relaunch the game multiple times to read through the entire thing. So bad with ads I don't click on the option to get the item anymore. Contacted support and bug still wasn't patched. I'm at day 85 and ready to abandon the journey and delete the game.
